I have been using Just Fix It computer services now for over 3 years and I really value having an outside source for fixing things on our computers and network, things like internet connectivity, SQL and Exchange setup, Blackberry Enterprise Server maintenance and setup, and hardware failures plus computer and software upgrades.

The key things I really appreciate is that I can get service very early in the mornings and even after hours plus there are multiple staff ready to look after our needs in the minute we have those needs.

One recent and very impressive step taken by Just Fix It is that they called me to say I had unused hours left in my month and did I need any service done before month end.  I did have a few key items I had forgotten and within the hour one of their staff was here and were upgrading hard drives and printer drivers.  That level of service is exceptional and so thoughtful of my needs that I was blown away with the forethought Just Fix It to call me and help me use up my reserved hours.  That is truly great service!

Plus I really love that the majority of the work can be done remotely by Just Fix It staff using the remote application Just Fix It uses.  This is so important as it avoids the delay and the cost of travel which other IT staff we have used in the past incurred.  We cannot have delays and wait times.  With JustFixIt we avoid the majority of such delays and we have noticed a greater positive bottom line by using Just Fix It as it has personally relieved me the owner of IT work that I had to do before.  I can really focus on my business which makes me profit.  Even though I love doing IT work, that is not what my customers want from me.  Just Fix It solves all these issues for me.

We signed up for Just Fix It’s Gold Package at the end of 2008.  This package allows us a set amount of support hours every month and if we happen to go over, the hourly rate is reduced because of the package.  If we are getting near our maximum hours, they notify us, which is a good feature since it allows us to manage our costs better.

Over the years, Just Fix It has provided us with support for our servers, computers, Blackberries and email system.  They have also recommended and installed various programs to provide solutions to issues we were having, such as improving our security with a much better program.

Since we are a small firm, under 20 employees, we cannot afford to have a full-time IT person in-house.  Utilizing Just Fix It as our IT department has allowed our employees to use the skills for which they were hired, rather than spending time trying to keep up on the latest technology and maintain our computer systems.

Regularly, Just Fix It updates our servers and programs to ensure we have the latest security, and monitors our systems to ensure backups are running smoothly.

We can still handle the little issues in-house, but it is advantageous having Just Fix It as a resource which employees can access if they cannot fix things themselves.

The success of Spanner Fashion has lef to a number of expansions in recent years. One of which was a new design office in Toronto. As part of the planning process we turned to Just Fix It for their thoughts and recommendatons regarding our cabling and phones system.

Just Fix It came to us with the idea of deploying our own "digital" phone system based on a known hardware and a "non-proprietary" call control system. It was coupled with a VOIP line offering which saved Spanner a considerable amount of monthly recurring fees, on both POTS lines and long distance. So far the system has been up and running without a glitch or reboot for 70 weeks, it seems bullet proof. We have been given a login to self-administer the system if we wish but choose to just call Just Fix It for any moves, adds, or changes we require. They know the system and can do what's needed quickly as part of their managed monthly support services.

I would suggest to anyone looking for a new phone system, or to replace an older system, that Just Fix It can provide a full featured but reasonable cost solution.

Just Fix It has been our contracted IT providers for more than 5 years.  Over the years, we have developed a close relationship with JFI and they have become our virtual IT department.  The staff is always very friendly, knowledgeable and ready to assist. 
Over and above the on-going IT assistance, JFI has done an excellent job of managing our overall IT needs and keeping our office up-to-date.  They continually assess our systems and make recommendations as new software, firewalls, virus protection etc come into the marketplace.
A few weeks ago we were in a horrendous situation as a result of an error by our cable provider.   Although it was not JFI’s responsibility, they took on the fight and resolved the problem with the cable provider on our behalf.  
Last week, we amalgamated two offices into one new larger location.  In setting out a plan for the move with JFI, our first priority had to be no downtime as our computers are our lifeline in the travel business. On Wednesday at 6pm, our staff left our old offices and on Thursday morning at 8:30am they arrived at our new location to find their computers sitting on their new desks ready to go!  The move was seamless and flawless - we didn’t skip a beat!
