Paul is a performance and change agent with more than 30 years of senior management experience in several industries. Paul’s key strengths are found in dedicating years to a passion for Operational Improvement, Lean Process, Organizational Effectiveness and Accountability. He provides experience in corporate and organizational development & transformation as well as strategic planning, change management and team performance. Paul is an articulate leader with verifiable ability to dramatically improve Organizational Focus and Effectiveness. Paul brings additional resources to the Just Fix It team, as a director for several private companies and a public TSX Corporation.

David has been involved in marketing for over 25 years.  Following a successful career in packaged goods marketing, David followed his passion for sports and secured a position with one of Canada’s leading sports marketing agencies.  David spent ten years with Lang & Associates providing sports marketing consultation to some of the leading corporations in the North America, which included Coca-Cola USA, TELUS, Seagram Distillers and Ford Motor Company.  In 1999 David and his business partner founded Linx Marketing which specializes in sports and sponsorship marketing.  David is responsible for all aspects of business operations.  David has an MBA from Royal Roads University in Victoria.

Ian is driven by creative thinking, strong research skills and dedication to finding best practice solutions for tough IT problems. Bringing to the table a wealth of practical experience ranging from troubleshooting complex issues to design and implementation of highly available systems, Ian provides a solid foundation and is a dependable resource at Just Fix It.
